About KOaA

Our policy is “use highly selected ingredients and homemade”. We use natural yeast and wheat that made in Japan such as Hokkaido. Jam cream, red bean paste, mayonnaise, sauce, dip, pickles and bacon are also made with ingredients which carefully selected by the owner of KOaA, Kayoko Oyabu and all of them are handmade.  We are always aiming to use ingredients without food additive and trying to use seasonal materials to enjoy the seasonal and natural taste of ingredient. We serve bread and sweets to help make a healthy body with our foods.
